Everything is lovely here. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The room is spotless and decent sized, comes with nice balcony and spacious terrace. The breakfast with pastries is nice for what is offered. Thank you for a fine stay.

The room was clean and bright with a balcony, lots of toiletries, and a well-equipped bathroom, and the staff were kind and helpful, giving me good recommendations for places to see.

the staff were very helpful getting the air conditioning and tv to work, which niether did on arrival.

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Moderno for three nights while visiting Sardinia. The hotel and room were impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location, just a short 15-minute walk from the city center. The comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning ensured a good night's sleep. I would also like to mention a special staff member who made our experience even more memorable with her warm welcome and excellent breakfast service. a great choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The fact that the reception was open until midnight, which is not so common with other hotels in the same price bracket, was critical in my choosing of this hotel. All things considered, this hotel is OK - nothing more, nothing less.

Old, not renovated bathroom and shower.

1) The rooms were size-friendly and very clean, although a little outdated. The cleaning lady was very polite during our stay. 2) A lovely Gelato parlour at the end of the road. Nearby restaurants within a 5 minute walk too.

1) The staff were generally friendly and knew basic English. However, the younger girls were fixated with the internet and were not welcoming. No information was given about hotel facilities e.g. breakfast. 2) Breakfast was not up to good standards - Stale croissants and bread rolls and coffee was only given upon request. 3) We had a few urgent phonecalls & a visitor, but the staff did not use their switchboard and direct these calls to our room.

I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel in Olbia. the value for money was excellent. With affordable prices, it was a steal. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. From the well-maintained rooms with ample toiletries to the lovely balcony on the first floor, everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and relaxation. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated in a safe area on a totally quiet street just off the main road, it provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the city.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great.

The hotel is quite far from the harbor in the suburb area which has a busy street with banks, hotels, cafes, ice cream bars, few trattorias and some other shops. The garage underneath was a nice plus. Breakfast was ok, even food did not find it's way from kitchen to buffet table too quick. As one night stop the place is ok, for longer stay the location is boring.

Good stopover if you have booked a ferryboat for early morning from Olbia, own parking place, we even have got a coffee and snack before the official breakfast time as we had to leave the hotel early for a ferry ( terminal less then 10 minutes driving from hotel ). Friendly staff.
